   Director/ Registered Manager

Beverly has been with Community Caring since May 1999, her most recent and current role is Registered Manager/Managing Director, after managing CC for many years she took over ownership in November 2019. Beverley's background includes many years of working in different settings within Health and Social Care – she holds several management qualifications and vast experience working in the care and health sector. Beverley is a driven and committed manager who supports and leads the team through change, supports and encourages them to be involved in the Company direction and decision making.

She is fully committed to ensuring the workforce are trained, vetted and hold the right skills to enable them to deliver the highest quality of service – recognising the client experience/journey needs to be a positive one.

 Senior Care Coordinator

Donna is Senior Care Coordinator and has worked for Community Caring since 2003   - she supports The Registered Manager in her role, directly managing the office team and care teams on a daily basis. Donna has many years' experiences within the care sector working in various settings with a vast portfolio of experience. She is committed to staff training, safe recruitment, upskilling the workforce, ensuring the care delivery is of the highest standard – she undertakes and leads in the development of The Company.

She is fully committed to training the workforce by accessing opportunities and monitoring compliance, audits and performance management.      

 

Carol


Care Coordinator

Carol joined Community Caring in 2007 as part of a Company takeover, she took the role of care coordinators for a team of carers who operate in Birkenhead, South Wirral and manages The Supported Living Team. Carol is experienced and has worked for many years in the care industry ranging from community-based work, learning disabilities and care coordinator roles. Carol is very driven and develops her team well, she is a very reliable team member who builds her geographical team with confidence. Carol has an outgoing personality and keeps the team spirits up with her sense of humour.   

 

 

 

Mandy


Care Coordinator

Mandy joined Community Caring in 2017 from another local provider – she took over the role of Senior Carer initially before being promoted into the role of Care Coordinator. Mandy has vast care experience and also excels in the administrative tasks, her attention to detail is an asset to The Company. Mandy shares her teams with another Care Coordinator which consists of part of The West Wirral Team and The Extra Care Contract (Barncroft). She is again fully committed to training and her qualities include organisational skills. Mandy is a good team member and works well and compliments the team

Kelly


Care Coordinator

Kelly is new to the role of care coordinator after working many years as Senior Carer. Kelly shares part of West Wirral and supports Mandy with The Extra Care Contract. Kelly has a good knowledge of care delivery and assessment; she has worked in residential settings also previously so is able to adapt to different roles. She works well as part of the CC team and continues to develop in her role

Care Coordinator

Diane likes to be known as Di joined The Community Caring Team in 2015. Di's journey with CC began as an enabler within The Reablement Team, which consisted of a highly experienced team with assessment training. Di then undertook the role of Senior Carer undertaking on-call/out of hours responsibilities before recently moving into Care Coordinator post – she is a valuable member of the team who offers flexibility and commitment to the team.

 Care Coordinator

Arlene joined the team in 2017, she is a care coordinator for The West Wirral Team joining us from a residential background.  She initially joined as a Senior Carer, but excelled in her role moving into a Care Coordinator position – she is a very experienced, confident member of the team. She is committed to developing her team, she is rarely fazed by anything and is always able to turn a negative into a positive. Arlene brings a range of experience and expertise to the role and is a valued member of the team.  

 Tammy


Assessment & Review Officer

Tammy joined Community Caring in 2023 in the role as an Assessment and Review Officer, undertaking all new assessments and reviews of care for The Company. Tammy has worked within social care for the 20 year's, bringing a range of experience. Tammy also supports the weekend on call  team.

      

Chloe


Assessment & Review Officer

Chloe joined Community Caring in 2021, joining Elisha as a part time Assessment and Review Officer. Chloe has a degree in Journalism and is currently undertaking a qualification in Counselling, which she manages alongside her role with CC.  Therefore, Chloe's background supports her IT and writing skills, she has a good understanding of the care sector as her mother is a long-standing carer with ourselves - she works closely with the team bringing knowledge and professionalism to the team.

Recruitment

There is strong demand for high quality care, and we are always looking for friendly, considerate and understanding people to join our team of professionals. Even if you are new and inexperienced – so long as you have the right personality and demeanour, we will give you the necessary training. The recruitment process is ongoing and the initial stages encompass vetting and referencing. We will undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, referencing and monitoring.

When you pass these checks, we will provide all training and pay and support you while you gain your accredited training.

The initial induction training programme is 6 weeks in total – which consists of various training methods including classroom based, group training sessions, then moving onto shadow training and signing off period. When you become an accredited carer and have been signed off as competent, you can build and develop your training portfolio, so you can advance your skills and move into a specialisation should you wish to do so – Community Caring offer a range of training opportunities to support you to reach your full potential and advance in your position. All of our training is accredited and certificated.
