Community Caring is a domiciliary care organisation, developed for the provision of care services in line with the Government's Community Care policies. The Community Caring service is designed to provide a comprehensive and flexible range of home care services, supported by caring and professional management and policies.
Community Caring Services enable people to live at home with security and peace of mind.
We operate in tandem with our sister company, Weatherstones House Care which operates three Care Homes. The original service was called Care Links and operated as an outreach service from these Homes. As such, we were involved in the Cheshire pilot scheme - " Staying at Home Scheme " and were also operating in Wirral before registering as a stand alone company on 28/10/1994. Some people with long memories, still refer to us by this original name.
